Who We Are
Sunflex Metalloy Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer specializing exclusively in Copper-Nickel alloy piping products — pipes, tubes, fittings and flanges, supplied for marine, offshore, desalination and process piping applications.
Rather than spreading across many alloys, our team works to one consistent standard across every product line — pipes, tubes, socket weld and threaded fittings, forged branch outlets, and flanges — from raw material through to finished, export-ready components.
Materials
Every pipe, tube, fitting and flange we produce is traceable to a specific UNS-designated Copper-Nickel grade, manufactured to ASTM B466 (seamless) and ASTM B467 (welded) pipe & tube specifications.
Available in 90/10 and 70/30 compositions, in both standard and welding-consumable grades, for seawater piping, heat exchanger and condenser applications.
Available in commercially pure and high-conductivity copper grades, including electrolytic tough pitch, oxygen-free and phosphorus-deoxidized copper, for plumbing, refrigeration, heat exchangers, condensers, electrical, marine and industrial piping applications.
Available in a wide range of copper-zinc alloys, including free-machining, naval, high-strength and dezincification-resistant brass grades, for plumbing, marine, industrial, heat exchanger, condenser and engineering applications.
Available in tin bronze, phosphor bronze, aluminum bronze, silicon bronze and manganese bronze grades, engineered for marine, valve, pump, bearing, heat exchanger, architectural, plumbing and general industrial applications.
