Material Overview

Copper-Nickel Buttweld Fittings

Copper-Nickel buttweld fittings — elbows, tees, reducers and caps — are welded directly to CuNi pipe for marine and offshore piping systems, offering the same corrosion resistance as the pipe itself with no dissimilar-metal joint.

Dimensions

90° & 45° long radius elbow dimensions

Center-to-end dimension (A) for 90° LR elbows = 1.5 × NPS; for 45° LR elbows (B) = A × tan 22.5°, per ASME B16.9. Equal tee center-to-end (C) = A.
