The Range
Unlike socket weld or threaded fittings, buttweld fittings connect with a beveled end that is welded directly to the pipe — commonly used on larger-bore and higher-pressure piping systems. Typical fitting types include elbows (45° & 90°, long and short radius), equal & reducing tees, concentric & eccentric reducers, caps and stub ends.
